What the beta form collects

When you sign up for the NexxusOS Desktop beta, we collect the name and email address you enter on the form, plus the date and time of your request.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are used to send you the beta installer download link and to notify you about important NexxusOS Desktop beta releases, security updates, and material changes to the product. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

The desktop app itself

NexxusOS Desktop is a local-first Windows application. Your workspace, memory, documents, and local artifacts live under your Windows user profile on your machine. Web research, provider API models, and external integrations only use a network connection when you configure and use them; the active model route and connected sources are visible inside the app.

Requesting removal

To be removed from beta communications, or to request deletion of the name and email you submitted, contact us via the contact page. We will confirm and complete removal for the address you provide.

Changes to this notice

NexxusOS Desktop is under active development. If we materially change what the beta form collects or how it is used, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify beta participants by email.
